I began my career in Philadelphia, PA in 1984 with Colonial Mortgage Service Co. who was acquired by GMAC Mortgage Corp. a division of General Motors to allow them to get into the mortgage business. I was quickly promoted to Branch Manager as one of the youngest Branch Managers in the country. I relocated with GMAC in 1989 to Florida to open up the GMAC branch offices in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Key West, Orlando, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. These Florida branch offices became some of the most profitable in the country. I decided to start my own Mortgage Company and in 1997 opened Mortgage Movers based in Coral Springs, FL where I became well known as “The Mortgage Mover.”
I have successfully closed over $500 million in residential mortgage loans.

For most of us, a home is a special place and represents the largest liability we will incur during our lifetime. For over 20 years, Andrew has excelled as a home lending professional and his commitment to his clients and referral partners has allowed him to be in this business for a long time.
In Andrew’s words, “The principle by which I measure my success in the service arena is one I like to call the ‘Wow factor.’ My sole objective as a lending professional is to ‘Wow’ my clients with unexpected service and professionalism.”
Andrew was born and raised in Rockland County, NY. He moved down to south FL in August of 1997 and started working for one the first on-line mortgage companies back in 1998. Over the years he successfully earned President Club honors and Customer Service awards. Andrew and his wife Stephanie of 12yrs live in Boynton Beach with their 11yr old daughter Ella and 5yr old son Jake. Having spent a several years with another mortgage company, Andrew feels honored to join Capital Partners Mortgage and be a part of the joint venture with Illustrated and Echo Fine Properties.
Away from the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, going out to dinner and watching movies.

Michael’s been in real estate in one form or another since 2012. He began as a realtor and then moved into lending in 2015. Michael’s seen it all: he’s experienced market ups and downs and has served in a variety of positions, including underwriting and processing, credit repair consulting, and originating.
Prior to real estate, he grew up in a small town in Alaska, and after joining the Navy, moved around the country. In the Navy, he worked as a nuclear mechanic on a submarine, The USS Kentucky. Michael moved to Phoenix, Arizona after the Navy. It was in Phoenix that he earned his bachelor's degree in finance and MBA and met his wife. After living and growing there, Michael and his wife Katie made their dream of living by the sea come true: they packed up and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida where they now try to get on the water (or at least near it) as often as possible with their two-year-old son and two dogs.
Michael has always thought that in business, relationships come first. He adheres to that philosophy in lending by supporting his clients however he can. Providing great service and a good experience and truly getting to know the people behind his files are just a few of the ways Michael makes home loans a personal and “team-oriented” experience.
Michael’s nickname is “Fast Eddy” because he responds quickly: he feels that being at ease with him means never having to wonder about the status of your loan. His motto has always been “families not files” because he sees everyone he works with as a person with individual needs, interests, and ideas… not just another file. For Michael it’s not about getting the next loan, it’s about getting a family home, and that should be done both swiftly and with care so that families can stop worrying and start enjoying the benefits of homeownership.
